Since 1947, Saratoga Parent Nursery School, has provided children and their families with a nurturing and memorable preschool experiences. Initially opened as a babysitting co-op, the school evolved into a parent participation nursery school incorporating in 1957. The preschool and yard were completely rebuilt in 2000-2001.
For 70 years our preschool has fostered the development of young children from all over the South Bay, including Saratoga, Los Gatos, Cupertino, Los Altos, Mountain View and San Jose. Each class is directed by a credentialed teacher, experienced in early childhood education and development. The parent participation ensures a high adult to child ratio, as well as low monthly tuitions. We keep our classes small, so that each family and child can have their needs met. SPNS celebrates the diversity that is in our community. We believe that “There are only two lasting bequest we can hope to give our children.
